The novelty of the 2012 Presepi in Miniatura collection: a nativity scene on a ring. The idea came from a challenge set to Raffaele Tiscione by a jewellery artist at a fair.

The Nativity is just 1 cm tall; the little village has also been scaled down to fit, and everything is strictly made and painted by hand. It hardly needs saying how difficult it is to make, as it is one of the smallest nativity scenes in the world.
