This notice explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit www.presepiinminiatura.it or write to us, under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

  • Data you send us: your name, email address and message, when you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: like any website, the server hosting this site automatically logs the IP address, date and page requested. This is used only to keep the site working and secure.

The site does not use profiling cookies, tracking analytics or advertising.

  • To reply to your requests for information, availability or a quote and, if you wish, to arrange the purchase of a piece. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data to send newsletters or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (for example tax records after a sale). Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as strictly necessary.

Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or published. It may be processed on our behalf only by our technical providers: Aruba S.p.A. (website hosting and email, with servers in Italy). If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@presepiinminiatura.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
