This long river
root, is set in an upright position, almost as reaching the sky. There is the
little country which descends from the top part and the characters that reach
the main part representing the nativity; at the base an handmade cellar is set
while behind it a "pasturage" and its shepherds are set. This work is for sure
one of the author’s most favourite masterpiece for the linearity of shapes of
nature. The shepherds (19) in cork have been handmade, moreover the work is
lightened.
